I called these guys on a recommendation from a friend...I'm glad I did. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He took the time and explained the problem in terms I could understand. He left for a short time and returned with the necessary parts to fix my furnace. I thought he was very reasonable for what he charged me. Our home warmed up quickly...we sincerely appreciate the quick turnaround and his kind honesty...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We didn’t know who to call but found Paul Allen and gave them a call. He arrived within 45 minutes and was very detailed on explaining all my equipment. He had the faulty part in his truck and repaired the furnace in less than a hour. He was very clean, courteous and knowledgeable. So happy we found Paul Allen and would recommend him to anyone!!! After a long day at work I came home to a 54 degree house in the middle of a snow storm. I called several of the places listed on Angie's list and Paul gave me the cheapest rate for emergency services, even though it was 6:30 on a Friday. Other places I talked to said they weren't even sure they could come due to the snow. The roads were AWFUL but they made it to my house in about an hour. I had a two year old at the time, I was pregnant, and my husband was stuck at work due to the snowstorm so it was imperative I get the heat fixed! They took care of it in less than 30 minutes and the house warmed up immediately. It was a reasonable price and a few weeks later we are still doing fine. They even guaranteed their work for 30 days. I was so pleased with their willingness to help in what was truly an emergency situation. They could have taken advantage of my situation but they didn't. They were more concerned with making a new long term customer and building my trust. Very satisfied!

My experience with Paul Allen heating was fantastic. Within 2 hours of my call he had my furnace repaired and the house was getting warm. He was very professional, and, most of all, a very honest person. He saved me several hundred dollars by making an accurate diagnosis of the problem (bad capacitor) and executing the repair. He is an independent repairman so he lives by his well-deserved good reputation. I will definitely use his services again.

I purchased the unit on line and it was delivered. The company gave Paul Allen H/C a 5 star rating and I checked that this company was also on Angie's List. I called and the company came out the very next day, coordinating with the electrical company, and installed the unit completely. There were some glitches in the installation and a late start due to the electrical portion but the gentlemen stayed with it and finished at about 9:30pm! Super clean up and involved me in the installation making sure the unit, inside and outside, were where I wanted them.

He walked me through all the steps. He did not pressure me into anything. He communicated and explained everything very well. His install was very professional. I went to take a shower the shower knob broke and I could not turn off the water the fixture would not turn it was worn out I panicked I called Paul Allen heating and air...he told me were the main shut off was to the water I turned it off he came asap he repair the faucet, he did a very good job, this is one of many experiments with this company always on time....he has installed thermostats for use he has done electric work for use ,he even worked on our freezer the ice maker quit very reasonable, fair, cleans up never leaves mess, always explains before doing any jobs....would recommend Paul Allen to anyone I give this company a ten !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our heat went out and we couldn’t find any companies that could get to us in a reasonable amount of time. Once we contacted Paul Allen he said he could come out immediately and look at our furnace. Paul Allen arrived and had the system running in under 2 hours for a very fair price, especially for the emergency service call. The technician was so helpful and went above and beyond.
